Festival Registration & Payment

Large Group Festival Registration Instructions:

Fill out the online form for your specific festival:

• HS & MS Jazz Band Festival - February 6, 2024 at Black Hills High School
• HS Orchestra Festival - March 6, 2024 at Capital High School
• MS Orchestra Festival - March 14 & 15, 2024 at North Thurston High School
• HS Band Festival - March 19 & 20, 2024 at Capital High School
• HS Choral Festival - March 21 & 22, 2024 at South Puget Sound Community College
• MS Choral Festival - April 11 & 12, 2024 at Capital High School
• MS Band Festival - April 25 & 26, 2024 at location TBD

 

Please note that all large group festivals are $185 as voted on at our May 2017 meeting.

Solo & Ensemble Festival Registration Instructions:

All registration is through WMEA website only through the Opus Event system. Please look for information from your specific contest host. This information is usually sent out in the fall via email once the link is created and online.

Please note that the fee for both solo and ensemble entries is $22 as voted on at our October 2022 meeting.

Payment Instructions:

After registering for your event, please email CMEA Treasurer Kim Brumbaugh the total amount you need to pay for each festival (she can help with any questions). She will reply with an electronic invoice link that you can pay with credit card online or instructions for traditional check-type payments. Her email is: kbrumbaugh@nthurston.k12.wa.us.
