Festival Registration & Payment

Large Group Festival Registration Instructions:

Fill out the online form for your specific festival:

• HS & MS Jazz Band Festival - February 10, 2026 at Black Hills High School
• HS Orchestra Festival - March 4, 2026 at Capital High School
• MS Orchestra Festival - March 12 & 13, 2026 at North Thurston High School
• HS Band Festival - March 17 & 18, 2026 at Capital High School
• HS Choral Festival - March 19 and 20, 2026 at South Puget Sound Community College
• MS Choral Festival - March 26 & 27, 2026 at North Thurston High School
• MS Band Festival - April 16 & 17, 2026 at South Puget Sound Community College

 

Please note that all large group festivals are $185 as voted on at our May 2017 meeting.

Solo & Ensemble Festival Instructions:

All registration is through WMEA website only through the Opus Event system. Please look for information from your specific contest host. This information is usually sent out in the fall via email once the link is created and online. The CMEA treasurer will send out your invoice through the Square program after the registration deadline. Please contact the CMEA treasurer if you would like to receive your invoice before then.

Please note that the fee for both solo and ensemble entries is $22 as voted on at our October 2022 meeting.

Payment Instructions:

After registering for your event, please email CMEA Treasurer the total amount you need to pay for each festival (they can help with any questions). They will reply with an electronic invoice link that you can pay with credit card online or instructions for traditional check-type payments. Please pay these promptly so each event can run smoothly.
